Every so often you may need to move the phone by unplugging the blue or black cable from the back of the phone before you do what you need to do.  This is where the problem usually begins.  Make sure you plug your phone back in by connecting the blue or black cable to the "NETWORK" port....NOT the "COMPUTER" port.  (The "COMPUTER" port, if used, is only to connect your desktop/laptop computer, or printer, directly to the network THROUGH the phone's network connection.)  If you plug in your phone, and no lights come on or if it does not boot up, check to see if phone is plugged into the correct jack on the back of the phone.  The phone must ALWAYS be plugged in via the NETWORK jack.

If you unplug your phone directly from the wall, make sure you plug it back into the SAME jack as before or your phone will NOT work.  If you can't remember which jack was used for the phone, one easy way too check is by plugging it in to any of the jacks on the box.  If no lights illuminate after 10 seconds, then try plugging it into another jack until the phone lights up.  You may want to mark the jack for future reference in case it ever needs to be unplugged again.
