If you launch the Trailers app and it says it can't find something, or simply won't connect, try these few easy steps in this order to solve this issue on your own (in this order):


  1. Press the 'Menu' button on the remote until you get back out to the main screen with all of the apps then relaunch Trailers. (if this doesn't work, then try #2)
  2. Unplug the back power cable from the back of the AppleTV and wait 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, plug the AppleTV back in and wait for it to boot up. After it boots up, and you are at the main menu, try and relaunch the Trailers App.
  3. Try launching another app like YouTube or Weather and see if you can get some activity there. If other apps work (but not Trailers), please submit a support ticket.  It could be that the system is down because of a problem and will need to be looked into. (Most tickets are resolved within a few hours depending on the complexity of the problem.)
  4. If launching other apps fails too, then submit a support ticket. There may be network troubles going on at that time.
