Unfortunately, Docs doesn't currently support tabs with leaders. I suggest inserting a space after the text entry, putting a right tab-stop where you want the number to go, and then manually inserting the dots (using the period key) between the two of them (also putting a space before the number -- the spaces will help keep the dots better aligned). It should look something like my screen shot below:
